Interview with Marcus Brady, Ex-Colts Chief Operating Officer (OC), Jets

Marcus Brady, the former Indianapolis Colts offense coordinator, is scheduled to interview for the New York Jets’ vacant offensive coordinator position according to Ian Rapoport from NFL Network.

Brady was brought in to work under Frank Reich in 2018 and rose through the ranks to eventually become the team’s offensive coordinator in 2021. Two weeks before Reich’s departure, he was fired midway through the 2022 season.

Brady was a coach in the CFL for the Montreal Alouettes, serving as their wide receivers coach (2009-2011), and offensive coordinator (2012). The Toronto Argonauts then gave him the position of offensive coordinator for five seasons, from 2013 to 2017.

After his time in the CFL, Brady was hired by the Colts to be the assistant quarterbacks coach (2018) and then as the quarterbacks coach (2019-2022) and offensive coordinator (2021-2022). Brady was fired from the Colts. He then joined the Philadelphia Eagles as an offensive consultant.
