Patrick Alesandrini was elected President of the IAAO in 2023

KANSAS CITY Mo., Jan. 4, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Patrick Alesandrini, CAE, RES, Assumed the office of President of International Association of Assessing Officers. Jan. 1, 2023. Mr. Alesandrini, the President of 2023 IAAO, is the Chair of the Board. He preside at all Board meetings and member meetings.

Apart from IAAO Mr. Alesandrini serves as the Chief Information Officer of the Hillsborough County (Florida) Property Appraiser. He served as an IAAO Board member from 2016-2018, in 2021 as Vice President, and in 2022 as President-Elect/Treasurer. He is also a member of many IAAO task forces and committees. He is also a senior IAAO instructor and can teach more than 25 courses and workshops.

He is also a member of the MAI and SRA. Florida A state-certified general appraiser. He is also a certified USPAP teacher. Mary, his wife of 43-years, has a daughter Elizabeth and they enjoy boating and traveling together.

Recent elections saw IAAO members elected to Mr. Alesandrini’s IAAO Executive Committee for one year terms.
