Sharestates launches a global varied term fund

GREAT NECK, N.Y., Jan. 18, 2023 /PRNewswire/ – Sharestates, a top real estate financial tech (fintech), platform, has announced that it will expand its investment offerings to include the Sharestates Global Varied Fund, a Pre Origination Note Fund (PONF). Sharestates’ PONF can be used as a funding vehicle for commercial loans that are originated and serviced through Sharestates. The PONF has a fixed interest rate, 6-, 9-, or 12-month terms. This will reduce exposure to economic shifts that could otherwise affect the underlying real property’s value. Global investors can also participate in commercial lending through Sharestates’ fund structures, in addition to Sharestates historic whole and fractional notes offerings.

The PONF is a legal and corporate structure that allows investors to indirectly invest in US-based debt.

This fund can then be syndicated on Sharestates’ online platform, or sold to institutional whole loan buyers. Investors will be able to take a minimal risk with the PONF, which will have a fixed interest and fixed maturity date.
