Smithfield Foods gives 35,000 pounds of food for winter disaster relief in Kentucky

Mercy Chefs partners with Company to offer high-quality meals for volunteers, disaster victims and first responders.

SMITHFIELD, Va., Jan. 13, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Smithfield Foods, Inc. It donated 35,000 pounds of food to aid victims of severe winter weather. This is equivalent to 140,000 meals. Eastern Kentucky.

Smithfield Delivered the food products Mercy ChefsThe current stationed in Hazel Green, KentuckyTo provide disaster relief to local residents.
