Spiro™ Promotes Amber Braband to Global Chief People & Culture Officer

Braband will still be involved in Spiro’s operations and talent acquisition efforts. She will also oversee compensation and performance management.
Braband previously served as Spiro’s Vice President for People and Culture. Braband was responsible for laying the foundations for the company’s cultural operations. She designed and implemented initiatives to support diversity, inclusion, and equity across the company. She was instrumental in creating and maintaining programs that cater to employee needs. This included launching employee recognition initiatives and hosting events that improve engagement and company culture.
