Texas crystal ball projection entered in 2023 ATH Jelani McMahon
Steve Sarkisian and Texas’ staff are not done adding to its 2023 recruiting class.
Texas appears to be moving in the right direction for four star ATH Jelani McDonald. The Longhorns were the winners of a 247Sports crystal ball prediction for McDonald’s. Texas hosted McDonalds for an official visit on December 16.
Following Saturday’s All-American Bowl, Oklahoma State’s former commit will make his announcement. TCU, Oklahoma State, and Texas are all part of the mix.
McDonald is one of Texas’ top remaining targets after the early signing period. On3 Sports ranks him the No. He is the No. 3 athlete and the No. 22nd overall prospect from Texas. He started on both sides of the ball for Waco Connally High School, even serving as the school’s punter.
