Jafel Filho meets Muhammad Mokaev, an undefeated flyweight at UFC 286 London

A matchup of flyweights between Muhammad Mokaev Jafel Filho is the latest addition to March’s UFC 286 lineup.

Mokaev, a undefeated prospect aged 22, hopes to be the youngest UFC champ. He will take on Filho (14-2 MMA 0-0 UFC) at The O2 London. The fight airs on pay per view following prelims broadcast on ESPN+ and ESPN+.

MMA Junkie confirmed the booking with several people who are familiar with the situation. an initial report from ESPN’s Brett Okamoto. People requested anonymity as the promotion has not yet been officially announced.

Through 33 professional and amateur bouts, Mokaev has never lost a fight in his entire career. He’s proven to be largely dominant thus far in the octagon, beating all three of his opponents in convincing fashion. The competition hasn’t been elite, but that’s not for a lack of trying, because Mokaev is frequently calling out highly ranked names.

Looking to spoil Mokaev’s streak will be octagon newcomer and Dana White’s Contenders alum Filho, a 29-year-old from Brazil who earned his UFC contract in September with a third-round TKO win.

The UFC 286 latest lineup now includes:

  • Leon Edwards vs. Kamaru Usman – for welterweight title
