ENEFIT GREEN AS

A news story titled “The News Story of the Day” appeared on 5 January. “Government splits Gulf of Riga wind farm from state-owned Eesti Energia” This article was published by the Estonian Public Broadcasting in its news portal. It could give the wrong impression of the future of Gulf of Riga’s (Liivi), offshore wind farm.

Since the IPO (incl.  in the IPO prospectusEnefit Green has been referring the Gulf of Riga, (Liivi), project to be a project that is owned and managed by Eesti Energia. Enefit Green and Eesti Energia have signed a memorandum of agreement (MoU). Eesti Energia has offered Enefit Green the opportunity to take part in the project, and/or to acquire the project at market terms.

The Management Board of Enefit Green believes that yesterday’s government decision has not had a significant effect on the value of Enefit Green shares.
