Montrose Environmental acquires Frontier Analytical Laboratories from Montrose Environmental for an undisclosed sum

Environmental services company Montrose Environmental Group Inc (NYSE: MEG) has acquired Frontier Analytical Laboratories for undisclosed financial terms.
Frontier Environmental Laboratory specializes in high-resolution gaschromatography mass spectrometry analysis for Dioxins/Furans and Polychlorinated Biphenyls.
Frontier will be able to expand its environmental laboratory testing services, according to the company.
The Frontier team is based in El Dorado Hills (California), and will be working out of Montrose’s Enthalpy laboratory.
Montrose will integrate the business into its Measurement and Analysis Segment and it will operate as part of Enthalpy Analytical LLC.
Frontier’s leadership including Vice Presidents Bradley Silverbush & Tom Crabtree will join Montrose.
Montrose owned $93.6 Million in cash and equivalents as of September 30, 2022.
Price Action MEG shares have risen by 2.53% to $47.88 since Friday’s check.
