Panthers are interested in Kris Richard as defensive coordinator

The Panthers are looking at defensive coordinator candidates while they look for a new head coach and they’d like to talk to one from a divisional rival.

Ian Rapoport from NFL Media reports that the NFL has a new team. requested permission Kris Richard, Saints defensive backs coach and co-defensive coordinator, is available for interview.
