Gina Rodriguez, Pregnant, Recalls Creative Ways That Aren’t Dead Yet Team Hided Her Baby Bump While Filming

Gina Rodriguez It was not something she expected to do.
However, this is what the actress had to face while filming her series. Not Dead YetDuring Wednesday’s panel at the Television Critics Association Press Tour, she shared that she received nothing but support from the crew and cast.
She stated, “It is my first time experiencing it, and they’ve so loving and supportive me, you know? Getting pregnant accidentally right before the show began.” “My husband and I are both excited, but it was not planned,” she said.
Rodriguez, 38, stated that Dean Holland, the executive producer, was a great help during production. He was always there to make him feel comfortable because it was so new.
She said that she was impressed by her ability to help directors find creative ways of covering the belly.

It was difficult for the mom-to be to admit that filming became more difficult as her pregnancy progressed.
“I won’t forget it, because every day, I felt like, ‘I’m too big, I can’t imagine hiding! [this]She replied, “And now I look back and it’s like that was nothing.” “I was so afraid.”
Rodriguez told the showrunner she was “not getting smaller”, to which he replied, “You are pregnant, you’re miraculous.” Let it be, and we’ll work it out.
Rodriguez gave all credit to the team, saying “And they did.” “They solved it and my costars and crew helped, so it was a loving, protective set.

Rodriguez spoke to PEOPLE last month about being in the home stretch of her pregnancy.
The pregnant actress said that she feels like she’s taking 72 classes, from conscious parenting to hypnobirthing and doula classes to prenatal Yoga to figuring how best to prepare for childbirth.
Rodriguez said Rodriguez is also “really leaning upon all the mothers around her”.
She said, “All the people that did it before me hoping they’ll be teaching me and helping me when I fall.” “I just got through the birth part. Once I’m there, I believe I can see more.
